What do I need to start?+
Your CV, the job posting, a microphone and a quiet space. No camera needed. Adding context, how a previous round went, what this one focuses on, is optional, but it makes the interview sharper.
Do I need to be on camera?+
No. Your interviewer is on video, you just talk to them. Only your microphone is used, your camera stays off.
How long does an interview take?+
Around 15 minutes, straight through, close to the length of a real screening or round.
How many attempts do I get per interview?+
You get three full attempts at each interview. The questions reset and re-adapt on each attempt, so you get a new experience each time.
Is my CV and job posting kept private?+
